We had a good experience at Ragavi hospital during the delivery of our baby boy.Special thanks to Dr.B.Sowjanya mam for her postive guidance and mam gave us confidence through out the process of c-section.And entire staff treated us with so much care nurses, Doctors,Night duty staff they treated like family.The Best one of the hospital for delivery and best care for mother and child. Very disappointing experience. Till now, we still don’t know why our grandfather passed away because no proper information was given to our family. Poor communication, no clear updates from nursing and doctors , no proper protocols, poor security, and no proper visiting hours. We were left confused during a very painful time.
